Online booking
Patients book at orlabooking.app, on a page that belongs to the clinic — its name, its colours, its services.
What it respects
The page is not a form that emails the desk. It reads the same availability engine the diary does, so what a patient is offered is what is genuinely free:
- each practitioner's real working hours, including the ones that differ by day
- the actual duration of the service being booked, not a fixed slot length
- room and equipment requirements, where a service needs them
- the clinic's minimum notice period
- time already blocked for leave, admin or lunch
Deposits
A clinic can require a deposit on any service, or on first appointments only. The booking is not held until it is paid.
